1. Agreement
By purchasing, accessing, or using any SEO service offered by Floatmybiz ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all SEO service packages, add-on services, and related consulting services purchased through our website, funnel pages, or checkout pages.

2. Services
Floatmybiz provides local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, website optimization, citation building, content recommendations, review management, and related digital marketing services as described in the selected package at the time of purchase.
Services are performed based on the package selected at checkout. Any service not included in the selected package requires a separate written agreement or add-on approval.
We may make recommendations regarding your website, content, or online presence. Unless expressly included in your package, implementation of those recommendations is not included in the service.
3. No Guarantee of Results
SEO results depend on many factors outside our control including search engine algorithms, market competition, website history, and your own actions. Floatmybiz does not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, lead volume, or revenue result.
Any examples, timelines, or prior results discussed are for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of future performance.
4. Payment and Billing
By completing a purchase, you authorize Floatmybiz to charge your payment method for the fees shown at checkout. Recurring packages are billed either monthly or annually depending on the option selected at checkout.
For monthly plans, billing occurs on or around the same date each month. For annual plans, billing occurs as a single payment at the start of each term and covers twelve months of service.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Floatmybiz reserves the right to pause or suspend services if payment is not received when due.
Price changes will be communicated in advance with reasonable notice.
5. Term and Cancellation
Service agreements begin on the date of first payment. The initial term and cancellation terms are as described in the service agreement signed at checkout.
Early termination fees may apply as outlined in your signed service agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to all accounts and platforms necessary for us to perform the services, including your website, Google Business Profile, and analytics accounts.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content, images, and business information you provide. Delays caused by failure to provide access or approvals are not the responsibility of Floatmybiz.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Floatmybiz may use third-party tools, platforms, and directories to perform services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, or policy updates by any third-party platform including Google, Meta, or other search engines and directories.
Any third-party software, subscription, or platform fees are the responsibility of the Client unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
Floatmybiz retains ownership of all templates, processes, strategies, systems, and methods used in delivering services. Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your business, excluding our pre-existing tools and frameworks.
You retain full ownership of your business content, logos, trademarks, and materials.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floatmybiz's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.
Floatmybiz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of business opportunity.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Floatmybiz and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your business operations, content you provide, or your misuse of our services or recommendations.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business or operational information shared in connection with the services. This obligation does not apply to information that becomes publicly available through no fault of either party.
12. Electronic Agreements
By completing a purchase through our checkout page or funnel, you agree that electronic acceptance, electronic signatures, and online order confirmations constitute valid and binding agreements to the same extent as original signatures.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of MI, US. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Muskegon, MI.
14. Changes to These Terms
Floatmybiz reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
